Explored how Model Context Protocol (MCP) enables standardized AI-to-enterprise tool integration
Hands-On Lab: Participants built a Customer 360 use case, deploying an MCP server connecting ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Snowflake data, then using Amazon Quick to generate real-time insights across all sources. All of this in less than 20min! Participant Feedback:
