Pipeline reports multiple unlinked output views when executed despite no visible disconnects

I have a pipeline that reports there is more than one unlinked output view when called via pipeline execute. I've reviewed the pipeline and can not see disconnected output views. There are several snaps that are disabled in the pipeline. If I enable those snaps the pipeline executes when called via pipeline execute.
