Error Copying SSL OAuth2 Account Between Orgs: Unable to Decrypt Account Property Due to Missing Key

Hello all, I'm trying to copy an account (SSL OAuth2) from one org to another, and I'm getting this error message when trying to use the account copied on the target org:

Failure: Unable to decrypt account property: $.settings.oauth2JsonRestResponse, Reason: Cannot find key with alias: account-cloud-managed-653a0e46ffbcf8d9648a9291-2023-10-26T06:59:19-107954+00:00, Resolution: Please add the missing key to the JCC's key store or recreate the account

Is this expected? If there is a way in the UI to copy an account from one org to another, it should be working without this error, no?
