From the beginning of the Community on March 31, 2017:
- Active customers and partners are given full (RW) access to the Community.
- POCs have been given read-only access to the Community.
- All others were denied access
With the launch of the new 30-day Free Trial (soft launch in Dec 2017):
- free trial users will be given 30 RW access to the Community.
- POCs will be given similar access, but I will work with the GAMs/SEs to determine the length of time they should have access.
