How do we manage permissions for a support/operator sort of role?

This user :

• can access dashboard and see health and whats running
• cannot modify code
• can start/stop pipeline

Related question: How can we provision a user to have read access to pipelines, access to view their execution on the dashboard, but no execute or write access?

Permissions are set on the project level in Manager (see How to Assign Permissions to a Project).

The options available are:

• Read Only
• Read & Execute
• Full Access
• Owner
