ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsIssue with SQL connection with groundplex running as service Dear community and expert We have the following scenario: Snaplogic connects to a Store procedure provided by MSQL. The authentication method used by the MSQL server is “Windows authentication”. We have a groundplex running at a Windows based VMware close to the Database. In the account used to connect to the store procedure we are therefore using the setting “IntegratedSecurity” set to true. This works perfectly fine when the groundplex was manually started using the jcc.bat start command. When we start the groundplex as a service using the command : jcc.bat intall_service; then the account to connect to the database does not run anymore. It fails with the error below: SQL Server - SP_o2c_creditmgmntparent[2940ff56-c8cd-45ea-a447-18bae4652be7 – 3ea9df9e-cd6d-4804-9354-5cc0d95230db] com.snaplogic.snap.api.SnapDataException: Failed to retrieve a database connection. Caused by: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Login failed for user ‘xxxxxx$’. ClientConnectionId:8cd46738-696f-4279-b460-7e3b40ebed41 at com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException.makeFromDatabaseError(SQLServerException.java:258) I understand the reason. This is because when starting the groundplex as a service, it runs under a local user (on the Windows VMware) but not as a windows users – which is required for calling the store procedure (Since the authentication in MSQL is set to Windows…. ). Actually, we will need to run snaplogic as a service using a windows user that is authorized to connect to the MS SQL. But when I try to change the credentials of the user running the groundplex as below, the groundplex does not start. It stops immediately. Any suggestions of what to look? Kr J JUnit Unable to open schema file Dear experts We have an issue with Jtest in our snaps development. While running Junit testing it seems that I cannot open a specific schema file which is called com-snalogic-snap-template_2 and I cannot find this file in the project. We tried Jtest with the example snaps’ Jtest classes as well. Then I got the same error as shown below: Any idea on how to solve this issue? 2018-11-20 15:13:44 ERROR SchemaRegistry:115 a- Unable to get schema: com-snaplogic-snap-template_2 com.google.common.util.concurrent.UncheckedExecutionException:com.snaplogic.api.ExecutionException: Unable to open schema file: ./jschema/src/tesWe have an issue with Jtest in our snaps development. Firstly, My Junit testing is just fine, as I can run Jtest to other non-snaplogic maven projects. It seems like that I cannot open a specific schema file which is called com-snalogic-snap-template_2 and I cannot find this file in the project. We tried Jtest with the example snaps’ Jtest classes as well. Then I got the same error as shown below: So you may be have an idea of how to solve this issue? 2018-11-20 15:13:44 ERROR SchemaRegistry:115 a- Unable to get schema: com-snaplogic-snap-template_2 com.google.common.util.concurrent.UncheckedExecutionException:com.snaplogic.api.ExecutionException: Unable to open schema file: ./jschema/src/test/resources/schema/com-snaplogic-snap-template_2.schema at com.google.common.cache.LocalCache$Segment.get(LocalCache.java:2207) t/resources/schema/com-snaplogic-snap-template_2.schema at com.google.common.cache.LocalCache$Segment.get(LocalCache.java:2207) Kind regards JB Re: Soap execute with mtom enabled johnbilay: works correctly when the filename is provided statically(hardcoded), however fails if the filename is provided dynamically using the expression language . Hi @smanoharan, Any updates on this topic? It is becoming urgent for us. Is there a work around that we can use in the meantime to deal with this type of issues? Kind regards John Re: Soap execute with mtom enabled Hello @smanoharan, Do you have an update for us on this? Regards Lygel Re: Soap execute with mtom enabled Hello @smanoharan, This is of very high priority to us as we need to deliver a working POC for one of a highly potential customers. And we only have the next 2 days to perform the same. Currently we are working with the workaround of a static file. But we need this functionality to convince clients about the power of Snaplogic as they only accept attachments over MTOM. It would be great if you can assist us at the earliest as possible. Soap execute with mtom enabled Scenario :- Trying to perform a SOAP Execute to send attachments as PDF and XML using the MTOM transmission as mentioned in the document below. https://docs-snaplogic.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SD/pages/1437963/SOAP+Execute The scenario works correctly when the filename is provided statically(hardcoded), however fails if the filename is provided dynamically using the expression language . Fails with these settings(dynamic) and below error Reason: File not found on null at /api/1/rest/slfs/lease/Partners/*****/ POC/$filenamexml Works with these settings(hardcoded). Result on Mock service However the strange part is that you see that whatever values were provided as expression language did not get evaluated in the Attachments sections but got evaluated on the Customize Envelope section. Analysis It seems the expression language evaluator does not work on the attachments section even when configured correctly. Anyways to resolve this? I am guessing there is some technical problem with the snap itself. Additional information The mapper data before the execution. Adding a button to a Snap Dear Experts I am now in developing Snaps. I am trying to create an Account Snap with works similarly to the REST Snap. I am however struggling with the following points: How can I add a button to the UI (Similar to the “Authorize” button in the Rest Snap). Is there an easy way to redirect/pop up a login page after one has pressed this button. Thanks in advance for your tips.
