JSON splitter/ Router changing the data

I am using JSON splitter, and then a Router immediately after, I am running into this issue where the data changes and I get duplicate rows and lose some actual data.
Also, I get the correct output when I use a smaller sample, but when I open it to larger set of data, the output gets messed up. Does anyone had this issue? Resolution?

Are you using the โ€œInclude Pathsโ€ functionality in the splitter and then later mutating the documents in another snap downstream? I believe there is a bug for this, you might want to contact support.
