Hello,
We have only a few pipelines running through the Groundplex, but we get errors when those pipelines run because the JCC.BAT Status shows that we need to restart the node. The Groundplex stays in an active state only for a few hours and then it goes to an inactive state. Is there any way to keep this node active continuously?
Thanks,
Sasank

If running a Groundplex on Windows, it needs to be installed as a Windows service to avoid the application becoming inactive, see
https://docs-snaplogic.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SD/pages/1439002/Snaplex+Installation+on+Windows#Sn...
If it is already a Service, then there must be something else wrong. Please file a support ticket attaching the logs
