How to transpose SQL server Row to a column change source file column names dynamically based on reference input etc

Need some suggestion on creating a dynamic mapper which updates the source column names from a file based on a input document to specified target columns

Any suggestions and solution ideas are most welcome

Pull both old and new data set parallel, then use diff snap which will provide you the latest change.
