Monitor long running pipelines

Here is a simple pipeline that takes the pipeline name as a parameter and sends an alert-email when the running time is beyond a certain threshold(configurable via parameter)

So this pipeline needs to be running perennially correct? Or does this just perform an ad-hoc check?

Of course you need to schedule it for a single pipeline to be monitored
