Unable to prepare pipeline on node

Hi Team,

I’m facing “Unable to prepare pipeline on node” failure in pipelines intermittently and the reasons showing are
1.Error obtaining websocket connection
2.Read time out
3.Request to JCC failed with authentication error
4.Bad Message 400
These failures are intermittent and the subsequent calls are successful.Can anyone suggest a solution for this kind of failures

Networking issues like this are hard to diagnose without a lot of data. If you have any firewalls or proxies in-between the Snaplex nodes and the control plane, they might be interfering with communication. You probably should contact support so that they can help dig through logs to find out what might be happening.
