We have released the SharePoint Online Snap Pack as part of the Aug 2020 release. Using these Snaps with SharePoint standard account permissions, you will be able to perform CRUD operations on SharePoint objects within a pipeline. If you have SharePoint administrator level permissions, you will be able to perform CRUD operations on item permissions with a pipeline as well.
