CRM Search Snap duplicating 1000 records

Hi

For 2 months we have been experiencing an issue with CRM Search Snaps
(we’ve only been with Snap Logic for 2 months, so this may be a pre existing issue)

Whenever we select a full set of data, 1000 records are duplicated for no apparent reason
Always 1000 records
We raised this as an issue with SnapLogic, and have yet to get an answer.

We’ve used UNIQUE snaps as a temp fix, but these won’t always be effective, so we need a solution

We have done testing on our side, with our Snap Logic Business partner, and with the Snap Logic Customer Support Center, and all indications are that there is an bug in the snap

I wanted to find out if anyone else is experiencing this issue, and if they have found a solution

This turned out to be a bug in the snaps. We notified Snap Logic, and they tested, confirmed and corrected it
