User Password reset

We are not able to reset the password for the users. What could be the issue?

Hi Sombit,

Do you mean your SnapLogic user credentials?

If this is the case, presuming the user has a password to reset you should receive an email in your inbox with a link allowing you to create a new password.

If for some reason this isn’t successful, I suggest you first check your internal mail filter (be that Mimecast or something else), and failing that open a ticket with support (support@snaplogic.com) who will gladly assist you in regaining access.
