Do you mean your SnapLogic user credentials?
If this is the case, presuming the user has a password to reset you should receive an email in your inbox with a link allowing you to create a new password.
If for some reason this isnโt successful, I suggest you first check your internal mail filter (be that Mimecast or something else), and failing that open a ticket with support (support@snaplogic.com) who will gladly assist you in regaining access.
