Error Pipeline Feature Questions

  1. Is the pipeline configured as the error pipeline always called even though there are no errors? (I saw it as a child under an execution and there were no errors on the parent and no documents into the error pipeline.)
  2. When validating, is there a way to see which snaps errored other than viewing the Pipeline Execution Statistics and looking for the red error view lines on each snap? (I’m looking to view errors on a snap with no error or output view.)

Yes, the error pipeline is started when the parent is started. We wanted to ensure that the error pipeline would startup correctly and be ready-to-go when an error document was generated.

Sorry, this is an oversight, I’ll file a bug.
