How to schedule a pipeline while passing the day time occurrence as parameters

Hi,

I have create a pipeline and want to schedule it dynamically from a UI page. Once user selects the day,time,occurrence and frequency. These values should be passed as parameter and a new task should be created with these scheduling values.

Is it possible?
