Propagating permissions to a SnapLogic project

I have a user (user A) with read&write access to a project space.

When user B creates a project within the project space, user A cannot see the project and must be explicitly assigned permissions to create the project.

Is there a reason why the user A’s project space permissions do not propagate to newly created projects in that space?

How can I configure a user’s permission at a project-space level to give them read-only, read-write or full access permissions to all projects within the project space
